Any man who has ever lost his job, or any young wife who has bravely tried to comfort him will thrill to the tenderness, the courage, the gay humor of this idyl of young love which all the brutal cruelty of those bitter times could not destroy!
A young couple struggling against poverty must keep their marriage a secret in order for the husband to keep his job, as his boss doesn't like to hire married men.
