Oz is one of the most intense shows I've ever watched. Set inside a maximum-security prison, it throws you into a world where alliances shift constantly, nobody is safe, and every episode keeps you on edge. It's raw, brutal and unpredictable, and it never softens the reality of life behind bars. What makes it even better is the cast. It's full of actors I've seen in so many other shows and movies, and watching them here, often in some of their darkest and most powerful roles, is a treat. Every character feels layered, and the performances make even the worst people on screen strangely compelling. It's not an easy watch, but it's absolutely worth it. It's a bold, unforgettable series that holds up as one of the best prison dramas ever made.
