Welcome to the TellyFlick Journal
Essays, lists and explanations about films and shows — made for the way you actually watch.
Salah Edine · 1 min readThe Journal is TellyFlick's own magazine about films and TV. It comes out as a weekly Issue, with one story the owl picks to lead it.
Made for the way you watch
Because the Journal lives inside TellyFlick, it knows what you've seen. Here is what that means:
- Spoilers fold for you. If a story talks about an episode you haven't reached yet, that part stays folded until you have. Read the rest safely.
- Every film is one tap away. Rate it, add it to your watchlist, see where it streams where you live, and which of the people you follow have watched it.
- Lists count for you. "You've seen 3 of 10" — and one tap saves the whole list to your TellyFlick.
- Listen, or read on paper. Tap Listen and your phone reads the story aloud, or switch to the cream "paper" page with the Aa button.
Who writes it
The TellyFlick team, writers we invite — and our Patrons. If you're a TellyFlick Patron, you can write for the Journal too: every article is read by the team before it's published, with your name on it.
The numbers
Some stories use TellyFlick's own numbers, live from what members log. Here is what everyone is watching right now:
